How to view orders?

You can go to your Netim Direct account to view all your current and past orders.

All you have to do is:

  1. Log in to your Netim Direct account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
  3. Select “Orders and invoices

The account history gives you access to the following information:

  • Order date
  • Order number: you can click on that number to download your purchase order
  • Order total incl. VAT
  • Order status: on hold, being processed, completed; so you can follow the changes in order status
  • Payment status: whether they are paid or outstanding, you can keep an eye on your payments
  • Invoice number: an invoice will be automatically created once your payment has been processed. You can click on the invoice number to download your invoice
  • List of actions you can apply to that order:
    • Click on the eye icon to view your order, its summary and available actions
    • Click on the recycle bin icon to delete an order that hasn’t been paid for
    • Click on the cart icon to pay for your order

How to pay invoices?

Your payment might not be processed immediately, depending on you payment method.

With some payment methods, you can pay for your order immediately (credit card, PayPal) while others are only used for deferred payment (bank transfer). Whatever the payment option you’ll be able to view your order in the “Account history” section of your Netim Direct account.

How to select another payment option?

You can change your payment option if you chose a deferred payment method (bank transfer) for your order.

To do so:

  1. Log in to your Netim Direct account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
  3. Select “Orders and invoices
  4. Click on the eye icon in the “Action(s)” column
