= Modify your informations =

You can't request change when another request is in progress, a request can take few minutes. After one hour, if the modification is not done, feel free to contact the support.



== [[File:Fleche.gif|link=]] Modifying the email ==

The email address is the most important data of your login. It must always be valid along the life of your services at Netim.

1. Enter the new email address in the Email field

2. Click <OK>

3. If your entry is correct, an application number will be displayed and the button <OK> will be disabled

4. You can add an alternate email address in the field "Secondary email"


5. You will receive within 5 minutes an email to the new registered address confirming the change of the handle

1. Enter the new informations with accuracy

2. Click <OK>

3. If your entry is correct, an application number will be displayed and the button <OK> will be disabled.


4. You will receive within 5 minutes an email to your address, confirming the change of the handle.

Log on [https://netim.com/direct Netim Direct] section "Account" >> "Password". (e.g Netim)

1. Click on <Receive>

2. Your current password will be sent to your contact's email

1. Click on <Receive>

2. A new password will be sent to you contact's email

1. Enter the old password

2. Enter the new password

3. Click  <OK>
